This is an electric vehicle frame concept with hubless rims, a user centered concept design focused on contemporary urban life with permanent traffic jams and narrow spaces in highways and streets. It is a foldable frame that can be extended to travel at high speeds or contracted to move between cars and to park in reduced spaces. According to this the frame is based on a rear scissor shock absorber system that allows the vehicle to lean when taking a turn and a front rake angle that helps keeping the vehicle straight at faster speeds. At the same time wheels are designed to include an energy recovery system based on small dynamos inside the caliper that are activated when a normal brake occurs and outputs an AC current that goes across regulator and charges batteries. This braking system also include regular pads that increase friction in the rotor disc in case of an emergency stop, as a regular motorcycle.
