cARTe Blanche Business Model Innovation
cARTe Blanche is a start-up that operates within the Arts & Culture Sector which aims to engage and empower Torontonians in the selection and curation of Public Art through: a) the regeneration & accessibility of public art, b) public engagement in selection of public art and c) the replicability of a model for other cities. The focus of the business challenge was to build an innovation startegy that ensures shared value co-creation between stakeholders and leads to financial sustainability. The following strategic report aimed to generate value for our client organization, cARTe Blanche, through the provision of a practical guide for strategy formulation and implementation. The resulting recommendations are based on a comprehensive needs assessment of the organization to ensure the project is defensible, fundable and that its impacts are measurable.
