Located 37 miles near the city of Hermosillo on federal highway 15 Hermosillo-Guaymas.
The territory is generally flat, sloping eastward, and has isolated mountainous elevation of not more than 300 meters.
For most of the year temperatures are hot. The relative humidity is very low and the prevailing winds are from the southwest and south-southeast. Water resources come from the location Rancho La Herradura, therefore this project was made according to sustainable design.
