- Master’s Degree
- 8 years’ experience delivering instructional design in a global enterprise environment
- Experience with design standards and quality metrics. Solid understanding of and demonstrated skills related to all phases of the instructional systems design model
- Learning solutions; Ensuring an effective interface design, leading content development and organization, selecting media (images, audio, video, animation) that enhances the learner experience, authoring content, strong ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (classroom training, e-learning, workshops, webinars etc.)
- Ability to work on deliverables both independently and within cross-functional team
- Willingness to make decisions and assume additional responsibilities as required
- Communicates work status clearly and escalates matters appropriately
- Ensure all work carried out is in compliance with the required standards
