This is NOT a pro-Nazi/Hate/Racism campaign or poster. A bit of my family has had some experience with the German Nazi's during WWII. My father's side were Nazi troops, my mothers side were fleeing Jewish Germans trying to save their lives. I have the utmost respect for survivors and their families and this is in no way, shape, or form meant to offend anyone. In fact, this is a poster for a display of "SS" gear and history records which is to be held at the Munich Documnetation Centre for National Socialism. This museum stands only as a remembrance of the terrors Adolf Hitler and his counterparts laid on a majority of eastern Europe. It is meant to stand as a lasting reminder of what a single person is capable of if given, or aquired, the right kind of power.

 

This poster is meant as a simple flyer to advertise a new exhibit to stand as a lasting reminder to the dark past of Germany.

 

I am simply a large fan of history, and I choose to study some of the darkest events in man-kind's history because I believe that the true education of past mistakes is the only way to prevent us from repeating them.
