Shoestring was developed with the goal to track and plan savings for college students. The project was split into two parts after the initial conception, and I worked on the 'past' portion, while Lauren Thompson did the 'future' portion (not pictured). For my portion, it was critical that the user would be able to visualize where their money goes, and to track those amounts over time. This data was then used in the future portion, to help control spending.
