Say hello to "The City".
I have this weird fantasy that one day their will be an incredible metropolis sprouting from the smallest, remote island. This is why you are looking at a Munny with a tiny city emerging from it's noggin'.

"The City" is greatly inspired by the film noir style and the monochromatic nature of movie sets from the 20s and 30s.

My first significant custom Munny is one of self-indulgence but it's out system ... for now.
