QUAD ShowreelK-Motion directed and produced a video showreel to promote the range of services and activities on offer at QUAD for use in the QUAD cinemas, on plasma screens around the building and on the QUAD website http://www.derbyquad.co.uk. Initially, a 3D model of the QUAD logo was produced �" this was then filmed in a diverse range of locations around Derbyshire including a school, a cow field, Derby BMX track and Derby County Football Club whilst illustrator Subism http://www.subism.co.uk were also filmed drawing around the model. The locations were chosen to demonstrate the depth of QUAD’s involvement with different communities, highlighting its reach into the local area. The reel also includes film trailers, local animation work and exhibitions as well as highlighting QUAD’s Café Bar and BFI Mediatheque.
