Metrium's task is to sell real estate property at construction stage or at design stage. Metrium uses its own efficient techniques for the organizations of the sales process, where it is important to improve and better present property's features at design stage. This improvement process takes a lot of paperwork. The word 'paperwork' inspired us to use paper installations in the design of this brochure.
The second edition of the brochure comes with hard cover. As design contains information that occupies entire spreads, we used FlexBind technique: FlexBind sheets have a laminated hinge which allows pages to lay flat.
