Lloyd's List Daily Briefing

The Lloyd's List Daily Briefing was originally a concept that later went into production following the decision to stop the print edition. The paper, founded in 1734, is regarded as the leading news, analysis and data source for the global shipping industry.

The Daily Briefing would be a collection of the top ten stories of the day, with back editions being readily available. I designed it in a way where the user wouldn't leave the page listing the stories. Each story would expand and open up within the page enabling users to quickly scan and read the articles relevant to them. It also had to work across all devices so responsive design was a top requirement, along with being printable in an easy to read format.
