"Customer Care is..." is a project for the MEGA/IKEA team based in Khimki, Moscow.
We created an "infotainment" cartoon with a focus on customer care approach that was maintained in 2015.
The video was shown during a MEGA/IKEA grand event.
We also produced a range of custom-made bubble gums inspired by "Love is..." gums.
