The difficult task of designing a self promotion resides in the fact of knowing and exploring things about ourselves. So i have chosen a non-traditional form of communication through an original and personalized version of pseudo Anthrax letters, called "Antrax".
My intention was to stand out from the competition by showing my personality and thought process to perspective employers. The scenario in my mind was to be impulsive, direct, aggressive, and creative. And through that spontaneity to get some empathy from the recipient. I wanted it to express also the urgency, showing that if they give me an interview i will give them the antidote (life or death).
The overwhelming fact was the reaction of people, some saying that they were allergic to the "Antrax" (actually detergent), some were afraid of a worldwide attack, some gave me the opportunity to show my work, others ignored and some offered me work.
This work was made in 2006 and it still holds a really special place for me.
