ModuPark® parking system
Ballast Nedam has developed the Modupark® parking system. This is a full modular building system which consists of steel and concrete elements, which therefore can be build up and be dismantled in three months.
ModuPark® PLUS
The ModuPark® PLUS concept is a modular facade system, as a supplement to the standard system with the same construction grid.
design
The design is based on the concept of a puzzle. The facade elements can be freely placed on the garage building in every composition. The green facade makes the industrial building more attractive, and there is a choice of a big variety of plants. The possibilities of compositions are therefore unlimited, through which for every location a specific design can be made. The Modupark® PLUS concept can be build as a green facade, but in fact the facade can be build up in every material.
