MR BONES AND THE BONEYARD CIRCUS
Horror Rock / Theatrical Macabre band based in the Philippines. Formed in 2009, this ghoulish band breathes merry mayhem into the music scene. Their well-received debut album, Horror Scene, earned for them the title Favorite Indie Band at the 2010 MYX Music Awards. Go Go Dance on my Grave, the first single off the album, stayed at number one on local charts for 4 weeks. This was followed by: Grease, Gas, Glory and Haunted Wonderland, both of which also made it to the top of the charts.

Here's a short bit about the process in creating the logo :
"I knew from the start that I was going after a certain kind of aesthetic when it came to designing the new Mr. Bones and the Boneyard Circus logo. The whole look of the logo stems from the visual style you see in the circus. I was looking at a lot of vintage type treatments during the course of the project. It was my first attempt at hand lettering and it took quite a while before I finalized the sketch before moving on to the digitizing stage. Once I got the custom type locked in, I started to put in all these ornamental types that make up the rest of the logo."
