CTE provided all architectural and structural engineering services for the construction of an $2.0 million,  8,000 square foot professional office building including 2,000 square foot cellar storage developed within a residential area requiring specialized architectural plans and development for harmonizing with the neighboring residential community and for approval with the Architectural Review Board in the Town of East Fishkill.  CTE administrated the entire project through the local planning and zoning boards as well as the local health departments. CTE provided all construction management for the project.
