While working with the Enterprise Services team at ASPE, the need for a new, up-to-date version of our Agile Capabilities document was identified. The previous document's goal was to show all of ASPE's Agile capabilities from organizational assessment to training and coaching, but it was much more ASPE-focused than customer-centric. 

 

I conceptualized a document that would use the idea of agile transformation as a journey and help customers not only identify where they currently are in their Agile Journey, but help them understand how to reach the next stage. It would provide a checklist of tasks to complete at each stage, barriers they were likely to face and ultimately offer a package of ASPE's assessments, training and coaching specfically designed for organizations at that particular stage of their Agile Journey. 

 

The first iteration of this document was completed in just over two-weeks in order for a first batch to be available for the Agile Alliance 2015 tradeshow in DC.

 

While I worked closely with ASPE Enterprise Services team on the piece, I was personally responsible for all aspects of the document including the concept, illustration, layout and copy.
