Tasked to work alongside CADA Design a specialist brand and interior design consultancy to finish off the retail experience for the brand new food hall at Webbs. The brief was to transform the existing food hall into a food destination with specialist counters and a new simple, yet elegant interior to allow the food to do the talking.

We worked alongside CADA to finalise the wayfinding and category messaging around the food hall, and then to create a range of signage and point of sale templates for the team to use within the department to promote messaging, pricing and offers.

Part of the project was to create an interactive and easy to use menu backboard for the team to be able to change seasonal items quickly and easily with ease. I was responsible for idea generation, design and then liaising with print suppliers on materials and food safe inks. This also included the design of a range of handheld menu designs that an older customer base could navigate easily to speed up decision making times.

They key messaging points that were unified for these boards and handheld menu's were the importance of freshly prepared produce, locally sourced ingredients and making the food fun for kids.
