This series is a visualization of time, memories, and the viewer's relationship to their own past. Memories whether enjoyable or painful are shadows of the events that have passed. You Were Never Here, presents a juxtaposition of time from my own personal narrative. In exploring this theme I realized that the narrative is up for interpretation These shadows of actual events will never and can never be recreated or remembered exactly as they were. The still imagery is a representation of a feeling that I find myself dwelling on in the present because of this need to relive or revive these memories.
