I had a chance recently to do a really fantastic gig with the fine folks at Glantz design. We drove down to LeClaire Iowa and spent the day in an amazing factory, filled with really big machines billowing heat and flames, the open oven in the photo series above is pumping out at about 1300 degrees. It was a photo dream come true, I wish I could go back again and again to spend lots of time documenting the work going on in this place. The company makes castings and also pours parts out of aluminum for engines and such.
