Houseline App
Working with an engineer over three months, we developed a MVP of the Houseline app for iOS. The process for this project was about quick iteration and development. Once receiving the problem to solve from the client, I worked with the engineer to wireframe, create user flows and visually design this application. Engineered by Solomon Lithe: http://lithe.net/.
The client wanted three main features for the app:
1. Multiple ways to view listings: map view, list, and a tinder style swipe.
2. Give the users the option to save or bookmark favorited homes.
3. Agents and homebuyers must be able to communicate directly within the app.
On initial app launch and account creation, every home buyer is automatically paired with an agent.
The app was the only real estate app that gave the user an instant, direct connection to homes and real estate agents. They could discuss specific details about a property, request to see homes, get immediate responses from their agent.
