The newly created Hartzband Real Estate logo design was modified to create this sign with the black Hartzband banner jutting out left and right, beyond the parameter of the main square sign area. The cool Blue color was chosen for contrast against the yellow/tan Oak Bluffs Gingerbread house located on Kennebec Ave. Oak Bluffs.
Three business cards were developed with separate edge colors (Blue, Green, and Tan) for each the real estate agents, to offer each one some individuality while maintaining the overall Hartzband brand.
