Our goal was, to design a faucet, which represents the nature and cicrculation of water.
Möbius expresses the movement and appearance of water both in it's shape and usage.
It's made out of acrylic material to mimic the looking of water. It's not fully transparent, but quite highly reflective.
During the interaction, with the illuminating control system, the user operates the faucet with similar gestures like water-motions.
