My dear friend Sarah has a disease called Cystic Fibrosis. A chronic and fatal disease.
Her body has to work overtime to cope with the increasing shortness of breath.
A nine-to-five job is impossible as it would simply drain her energy.
We agreed to make a photo book about her life with this disease. Her ups and downs.
To create awareness. Ever since we started this project in 2013 it has become clear to me that the story we’re telling is not just about a disease. Foremost it’s about unconditional love.
I feel fortunate to be a part of her life and blessed to do this project with her.
