about Norways oily facts
HEIA NORGE is a book, that contains a vaied mix of selected information about the norwegian oil history and other facts related to it from the closer past up to the present. The books goal is to make quantitative information in form of units and numbers such as percentage, currency, .liters, squaremeters or length better understandable due to visualizing and compaing in illustrations and information graphics. The visual parts are supported by closer explanations of each context. This book should help to keep the abstract numbers memorable and to give another piont of view on the „oily facts“ of Norway. The self-initiated project was created during my exchange semester at the Kunsthogskolen i Oslo (KHiO).
