Pink Placenta Bowl

I am a person who strongly believes in trusting the universe as it gives me clues to follow and enrich my life, by gifting me with wonderful exciting experiences. After moving to London from Adelaide, a phase of depression had hit me, kind of like a creative block. Obviously, the gloomy cold and extremely windy weather, (being new to it!) didn't help, rather it made me go down even more into not doing much.

After spending a few months like a lost soul, wandering the streets and suburbs of London, in the hope to break free from my past. One morning at 4am, I received a lovely email from Australia. A country I call home today. A girl who had been gifted one of my tiny bowls, wanted a larger salad so she could catch the placenta into it.

I felt a strange excitement within me, which is hard to explain in words. But something within me felt like it was waking up. I told her how I have moved countries, but she still seemed interested in having a piece of mine. So within knowing how I would do it, I said,'YES'

Read about the placenta and the significance of it in our lives. I done have kids, and so its hard for me to imagine what I would do with mine, but it was referred to as, 'a great life force' so I took it as a sign...that this project would be the beginning of something exciting, new and magical in my life, and motivate me to start creating again.
