Crossfit : 15.4 Open Workout

In hopes of making it to the Crossfit Games, athletes take part in the Crossfit Open. Anyone is welcome to sign up and the athletes with the best scores advance to the Regional events. This was the 4th event of the 2015 Crossfit Open. We thought it would be fun to document the sweat and hard work that happens during the open workouts with a dramatic look. For most of the athletes there was a lot on the line with regards to moving onto Regionals during this event. This being said all the expressions and sweat are real here. It was a lot of fun to document this event.
