THE LINE

The Line, created for the „Blaue Nacht“ at the Neues Museum in Nuremberg, is a 25 meter long floating installation functioning as a large playground and spatial organizer. The abstract version of a long bench is made of 80 white air mattresses, providing the guests of the museum a comfortable place to play, relax, recharge and interact during the event.

By sitting down you lift your neighbor up which creates an immediate playful atmosephere between two strangers.

This communicative bouncing up and down doesn't allow you to have a bad mood. It is hard not having fun on it.
