2015 Graduation Design Project: Madhouse

 

We envision the design thinking of our design by means of a multi dimensional combination:

we divided history into era of weapon, electric era, and Internet Era. Imaginary every era have a three-dimensional space named“Madhouse”, each "madman”and their inventions set for these "patients" in the madhouse. In a distorted, crazy face show crazy side characters. all the rooms in Madhouse is arranged according to the order of time. Only by stairs or window to leading to the next room, suggesting that each time the madman have always been inspired by predecessor, to produce "Crazy" ideas.

 

Living in this invisible "thought fetter", from the babbling baby to over seventy years old man, Most people are framed by a social pattern. Regardless of the identity of the property, life goals, or interest, must be within the scope of an outdated thinking framework to be recognized. This is not conducive to social progress,This pattern of the individual's search for self-worth needs to be broken so we conceived such a work related to resonate with the audience and thinking, want people to be able to break the ideological stereotypes and to pursue or crazy, perhaps ridiculous, even unconventional, antimatter, anti nature of those free and wonderful ideas to achieve.
