Brief - To make a digital concept for foodies.
We did a reality check on blogs, sites, magazines, books and apps. There is a lot out there, but there is no Swedish cooking knowledge base. Most of the foreign sites are with famous chefs, like Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsay.

When we interviewed a lot of foodies we started to understand how they think and what they need to do their thing.

What is a foodie? 
-Some one who is passionate about food. Food is their number one hobby. When they go on vacation they choose the place because of its food. And they can easily spend the the whole saturday going around town for the right ingredients and preparing the meal. They also have to share with others. 

1.  A lot of the experience with cooking is about sharing the food and good times with you friends and loved ones.
The food does not taste as good, and your cooking skills does not impress anyone if not shared.
- That is why we have focused on sharing in our solution.

2.  If you have a secret, it's hard not to tell anyone. And especially within cooking. You might not want the entire world to know your secret recipe for the perfect fond. But if you tell your trusted friend, you might get to know how he made those delicious duck confits last week. 

So we will make it easier to get the secrets, but still keeping you in control of what you share. 

 3. These are people who do not like to be told exactly how they have to do everything within recipes and cooking. 
With more knowledge they can get a deeper understanding that would allow them to act more freely in the kitchen. 
Together with inspiration this will them help them enjoy the experience even more. Letting them be creative and innovating. 

A big part of it is to experiment and come up with new recipes and improvements.

- We have been thinking of this when it comes to content, and it is also why we have chosen a playful, rebelish look.
