San Francisco Center for the Book, founded in 1996, is dedicated to the artistry and continuing presence of books and bookmaking as a form of self expression in our society. Bringing SFCB into the digital era, a new logo, website, and app were created alongside a mailer and wood block printed poster. The logo was created around the idea of a bookmark and its shape is used throughout the projects as such. The typography draws inspiration from early letterpress and wood block printed posters.
