San Sebastian Estate Homes is a community coming soon in Morgan Hill. They are a private builder that approached Graphic Language in order to create an online web presence for their upcoming community of estate homes.
The following design is a coming soon page design for San Sebastian. It announces the new site and allows for interested buyers to contact the builder directly. The second image is the new community logo. I hand drew the front of the community recreation center using fine art paper and charcoal. This building was chosen because it represents a central point for the community. The client requested the design have an old world winery feel to it. The drawing coupled with Bickham Script and Futura exceeded the client's expectations.
