Norway is a small country, both in size and population. But we are a country of great character and personality. Our cultures and traditions run deep in every Norwegian and we are all proud of our inheritance. It is time for Melbourne to be introduced to a little taste of a little something Norwegian. As of today there is little, as far as we know, knowledge amongst Melbournians of what Norway is all about and it makes our country a little bit of a mystery. There is nothing on the Melbourne market that really puts Norway on the map or that mixes the two together. Why shouldn’t there be? And why shouldn’t three Norwegian girls and a Melbourne bloke be the ones to do it?

This is the tales and adventures that comes with the wonderful journey of home brewing. Through this blog we documented our every day life in the hopes of finding that one recipe, that one beer that would make us achieve our beer dreams.
