The members of the Shotwell Street Neighborhood Association wanted something fun and friendly for their block party, full of twenty-somethings and families, English and Spanish-speaking. I created a playful color palette and incorporated banner flags, ribbons, and ferris wheel poles to emphasize the party going on on Shotwell.
