I designed a private label collection for Need Supply Co. and saw it through every step of the process to production and shipment of the order. I presented monthly ideas to the women's buyer and the chosen garments were then developed, sampled, and fit. I organized all pre-production from material sourcing, creating tech packs/spec sheet, and working with the marking and grading specialist to produce markers for each style. I saw that all materials were dyed, cut, and sewn correctly to match the standard. I helped with quality control, and saw that the shipments were made within a set deadline.
