Cars park in the sun surrounding the building of CUNIPIC Headquarters. During the summer, in the interior province of Lleida the heat is unbearable and vehicles turn into ovens. CODIstudio has taken on the task of finding a solution to this issue. Facing the building, we are designing a shelter that will provide shade for the cars and generate a multi-purpose space under it. The design process for its geometry responds to CODIstudio's methodology: sketches, working models, and a later parametrisation, CAD tools come always last. Hereafter some photographs on the process.
