Street wall art is one of the spot but it was created by foreign artist. It is an unhealthy issues that Penang is lack of local artist. Based on observation, new generation is not interest with heritage culture.

art culture. Meanwhile, local artist is being abandon by community, they feel helpless and face financial problem yet they strive for their honour and seek for dream. The concept which sustain local artist in order to have new character and dare to dream, fight and realise.
