Start-up financial firm Cyrus Capital wanted to project their image as a young, successful firm for their offices on the top floors of Lever House located on the west side of Park Avenue. The design uses the principles of Office Urbanism to balance comfort and professionalism, offering amenities designed to attract top employees with an interconnecting stair, gym, library and pantry/coffee service areas-completion year 2004.Project Area: 17,348 ft 2
