This project is in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Science in Communications Design.
 
According to a 2013 report by Gallup, only 30% of the employees in America feelengaged at work. Globally, only 13% of employees feel engaged at work across 142 countries. Getting distracted, not being efficient and feeling frustrated at work is a problem for people around the world, because it keeps us from making a contribution to the companies we work for, as well as succeeding as individuals to achieve personal growth and feel engaged.
 
In order to help solve the problem, I proposed to come up with a non-profit organization called "WorkUp" and design a series of branding for the organization. WorkUp is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to improving the quality of the workplace through communications design based on five objective measures: productivity, health, communication, creativity and collaboration.
