A very big thank you to Jackson's Art Supplies for making me so welcome when I went to their workshop in London to film this video. Very patient camerman......and great fun to spend time with everyone there! I designed the layout at home and took down the stretched paper with my drawing on to work from...other than that I relied on using another cheetah painting of mine (as reference) and memory, to create this piece. It is of a cheetah I followed many years ago, in Kenya and I have painted her a few times so I am quite familiar with the subject.
The paper was superb; Saunders Waterford, cold pressed (NOT) High White 425 gsm from St Cuthberts Mill. The brushes were also excellent; from Jackson's Art Supplies and also Rosemary & Co Artists Brushes. Makes all the difference when you have great art materials to work with.
