This is a Service Design project in collaboration with Medarbeiderne. Medarbeiderne is a Norwegian company that provide a service that collect bottles and cans to recycle from private houses and buisness offices. This service is made to give former drug addicts a chance to get back into society through working experiences. In this project we mapped out the journey the employers have to go through before Medarbeiderne, through Medarbeiderne and after. We looked at the needs beside the job and the work experience, and look and the process going through Medarbeiderne and how to then continue further into society and finding another jobs.
