Classic elevations design, using simple details on terraces combined with close colour scheme to achieve the best harmony of the used colours , also using the arches and a main vertical GRC element to reform the Repetition of the typical residential plan and its impact on the Facade, taking into consideration to make a unique design for the commercial floors related to the main classic scheme .
