A Quiapo resident, 20-year old - Rodel Atencio who works to his relatives that sells palm leaves for Peso-40.00 each in any customized design requested by the customers, it takes 5-10 minutes before he finish one design. Rodel is making palm fronds for almost 5-years and he learns it from his relatives.
