Studio Kubus was formed in Zagreb, in the year 2006 as an independent artists organisation. Soon it became
a very popular educational centre with a rich and colorful programme that is teaching and mentoring potential
young performance artists, actors, singers, dancers and even theater and film directors.
A "kubus" is a small wooden cube actors can sit on, or improvise with while on stage. The goal in making
the logo was to implement the studio's favourite motive into the logo itself, with a playful grid system in order
to emphasize the rich and dynamic programme of the studio. The grid inside the logo isn't always the same.
It changes and therefore implying the values of the studio such as playfulness and experimentation.
