In the first year the Silent Card reached its 2011 donation targets and then went on to exceed them by 58%.
Silent Cards were sold in packs of three for $5 in bank branches and online.
When people held up a Silent Card they were entitled to 5 minutes of peace and quiet.
The Silent Card was launched across TV, press, outdoor, transit, radio, online and cinema. 
Then Australia began to ‘Play the Silent Card’.
As more people played their Silent Card, more people talked about Ovarian Cancer.
