A group of farmers have decided to diversify and start producing buffalo milk which, although 3 times the price of ordinary milk, has extra health benefits and tastes even creamier, therefore lending itself to be more than just a drink. Your task is to create a brand identity for this and highlight why people should pay more for this product.
 
The Solution:
 
The Herd & Heart Farm, a brand that focuses on family.
 
The Herd and Heart Farm believes 'home is where the herd is' and looking after your herd comes first! The brand focuses on the extra health benefits and the idea of the product looking after all the family, treating them as they were a strong buffalo herd and emphasisng a sense of love and care throughout. This is achieved with the heart motif and general lovely optimistic tone of voice adopted, inspired by brands such as 'Innocent'. The brand focuses on the product lending itself to being more than just a milk through the extra health benefits, and the diversification into products such as natural yoghurts and childrens fruity milkshakes. The Herd and Heart Farm is intended to feel personable and as though the brand truly cares about its consumers, therefore emphasisng that they are investing in more than just a drink or yoghurt; they are buying into an ethos and supporting more friendly and independent business over big corperate supermarkets, aswell as receiving the extra health benefits and a high quality product.
