Project is a 120,000 s.f., four-story office building designed for Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT).  The building is first of two "twin structures" designed for the north extension of National Business Park (also known as Clark Commons or NBP North).  The project is designed to achieve a LEED Gold certification in the Core and Shell (CS) category.  The second twin building, a future five story office building and parking deck will complete the complex.
