225 Schilling Circle for Merritt Properties

Design of a 136,200 s.f., five-story office building for Merritt Properties, LLC. Project is scheduled to receive a LEED Platinum certification in the Core and Shell (CS) category. The design of the building compliments its neighbor at 230 Schilling (a project located across the street and also designed by GVA) and forms the basis for a shift in this area from a quasi-industrial center to a class A office park . The building includes a lower level fitness center and an exterior plaza for a future restaurant or cafe.
