Transforming a niche health food store into a foodie paradise.
With a strong desire to grow into additional markets, Trapani helped reposition the Earth Fare supermarket brand from a niche health food store into a Whole Foods challenger.

Trapani developed the positioning line, "The foods you love, only better." and worked with art directors to develop a series of print ads and point-of-sale placards. This allowed Earth Fare to begin a conversation on flavor and use their natural-food credentials as a proof point of quality.

Integrated marketing components included a "Kitchen Cabinet Makeover" promotion in which participants won new inventories of groceries, gourmet cooking classes (with accompanying direct mail) and "Foodie Farmer's Markets" in Earth Fare parking lots.
