Branding - Turbans of India

When it comes to branding,  I personally feel that it is easy to brand a product when compared to branding something that is an identity - an identity such as a wearing a sari or distributing sweets during festivals. These are small gestures that define a person, brand them as Indian and one of these gestures is the adornment of a turban. To an Indian, the turban is an identity of his caste, tribe or religion. Hence the entire aim of this project was to make people want to come to India and buy a 'TURBAN' as a souvenir just as Indians go to New York and buy ‘I Love NYC’ T-shirts.
