This 120,000 s.f. structure was updated by gutting the lobby interior and adding a central communicating stair and cutting away a portion of the second floor to create a gracious and inviting 2-story space. The project was designed for Merritt Properties, LLC and is slated to receive a LEED Gold certification in the Core and Shell (CS) category.
